The Art of Mentrepreneurship is aimed at growing the entrepreneurial spirit in the young person as early as possible. This also helps those old enough, to start up a company and work at it until profit comes. This is a practical programme, with easy to follow strategies and concepts, being used by Zimbabwean successful business people known to all.

The One Minute Proposal

If it takes the young person more than a minute to sell an idea, know that it is not worth it. Any proposal, verbal, written, or visual, should captivate, convince, and adopted in less than one minute of its presentation. This programme helps the young person know how to make a One Minute Proposal.

Heart of a "LEADer"

Heart of a “LEADER” is a programme for leaders, helping them to lead by influence more than they lead by position. It helps the leader understand the purpose of leadership, responsibilities, and the “how to” of effective leadership.

Communication amongst ANIMALS

Communication amongst animals is a different approach to teamwork and communication, which is taught using four different animals to illustrate how teamwork and communication can be applied with a team. It also helps the young person identify their role in the team, and learn how to communicate effectively.

“Execution Time” is a reality check and change request in regards to Time Management, for the individual or groups of young people, as they work, learn, and play each day of their lives. This programme helps the young person manage their time in simple and relevant ways.

Story of My Life is a programme that helps the young person in Learning about self, wealth, and people; Learning about visionary discipline; Learning how to build with what is in your hands; Learning the God factor regards to wealth and destiny, and Learning how to get rid of fear; to grab hold of boldness.

What is PEEPS?

The Personal Effectiveness Programmes is a series of personal development programmes for young people from primary, right up to tertiary and professionals, built by Oscar Manduku, used in workshops, seminars, and presentations on behalf of Innov8, Youth Encounter, Harvesters in Sport, and other organisations.

The PEEPS personal development series help the young person identify themselves, accept and improve their personality, grow passion, build focus, build resilience, cooperate, communicate, walk under guidance, and achieve greatness with humility.
