Communication amongst animals is a different approach to teamwork and communication, which is taught using four different animals to illustrate how teamwork and communication can be applied with a team. It also helps the young person identify their role in the team, and learn how to communicate effectively.

On completion the young person will understand how to blend into any team regardless their personality difference. They will know how to accept the next person, and importantly play their role very well.
