Heart of a “LEADER” is a programme for leaders, helping them to lead by influence more than they lead by position. It helps the leader understand the purpose of leadership, responsibilities, and the “how to” of effective leadership.

On completion the leader will be able to influence, gain cooperation; achieve goals, and development leaders to take over from where they have left off.
